With summer in full swing, Premier wanted to take a look back at the busy winter we had! While the colder months see a lot less weddings and private functions, corporate and sporting events kept us very busy.
We were excited for the opportunity to supply tents and related equipment to a number of marquee sporting events in Toronto from November 2016 into January 2017 including; the NHL Centennial Classic New Year’s Day Outdoor game, the MLS Cup which is the League Championship Match and the Grey Cup game between the Ottawa Redblacks and Calgary Stampeders. All of these major events were held at BMO Field, located on the Exhibition Grounds and Premier Tents was thrilled to showcase our high-quality products and service to the local crowds at each game. Sports can be taken very seriously by dedicated fans, some will go online to FanDuel and place a bet on the team they think will win and keep their fingers crossed!
Through all these events it was a pleasure working with TSN, The National Hockey League, The Canadian Football League, BaAM Productions and the host company for all events; Maple Leaf Sport & Entertainment to supply them with what they needed to bring their respective event to life. Whether it was a tent for hosting corporate parties, activating sponsors/partners on-site, or building a headquarters for various contractors and suppliers, Premier was there to provide the perfect enclosed space to handle the wintery conditions. We were even able to host an amazing roster of sports personalities, not too dissimilar from the motivational speakers you might find over on the Sports Speakers 360 website.
We were able to feature our glass wall system for a corporate suite, our clear vinyl fabric for press boxes, our black fabric tents for TV hosting and broadcasting and our temporary flooring to keep clients off the cold ground. Our large supply of concrete ballasts in various sizes, allowed us to secure all structures safely without staking into the parking lot or stadium surfaces.
