Send us an email info@premiereventtent.ca or call us at 416-225-7500 and provide us with the basic event information like address with postal code, any spatial restrictions on-site, guest count, event dates (or rental term if you are looking for a season long rental), current budget, and any ‘must-have’ accessories like tent style (clearspan, Monaco Conservatory, Monaco, Stillwater, etc.), clear fabric, flooring, lighting, pool covers and leave the rest to us! We will provide options and pricing for you to review with family and friends. Visualizing a space and a tent layout is often very challenging when trying to envision hosting 100+ people in your space, so let us provide a scaled CAD layout inclusive of tent and flooring dimensions, tables, chairs, railing, steps, etc. to guide the way! This realistic sizing tool can truly help guide your vision and desired atmosphere for your function. The ability to show clear vs. white roof panels, show sightlines, move glass doors or stairs around while planning saves a lot of time and money vs. waiting until a crew is working on site. Our experienced and detail-oriented Account Executives will design your layout so close to the real thing that you’ll be seeing the set-up for the second time on your big day!
Once your Rental Agreement includes all the items you want, PETR will always send a tent expert to the site to confirm access, logistics and review all the details in person. This will give all parties the peace of mind knowing everyone is on the same page to avoid surprises on event day! Many times, we have made an event better by seeing the site, using our professional approach and knowledge to guide another solution or product.

Prior to event day, we will arrive with a professional installation crew, in a PETR branded truck and dressed in PETR apparel so you know you are still receiving the best products and services in the industry. We pride ourselves on high-quality products paired with even higher quality people each step of the way. It is recommended that you are on site for installation to answer any last minute questions but not always necessary.
After event day(s), PETR will return to collect our equipment making every effort to leave the site as we found it. At times, with certain products like flooring, tents in and around garden beds and when we stake into grass there are some immediate impressions/discolored grass, etc. but your space should bounce back accordingly with time. You are not required to be home for the dismantle, but ensure gates are open and access for the crew is unimpeded.
